1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and betpipo ("betpipo", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at betpipo.bio.

1.2 By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpipo platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, and any other services made available through betpipo.bio — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any service provided by betpipo.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by you on the betpipo platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your betpipo Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP), including any deposited funds and any winnings credited to the Account, but excluding locked bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matching bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, being the process by which betpipo verifies the identity, age, and residential status of Players in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for the regulation and licensing of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the entirety of betpipo's online services, including the website at betpipo.bio, all games, the sportsbook, the cashier, account management features, and all related content.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on a game, live casino event, or sports event through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a betpipo Account or to place any Wager. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online casino and sports betting operations in the Philippines. betpipo enforces this requirement through KYC verification of government-issued Philippine identification documents.

3.2 Jurisdiction. betpipo's services are directed at and intended for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the betpipo Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betpipo makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a Philippine court may not register for or use a betpipo Account.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. You may not register or access a betpipo Account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether issued by betpipo or by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority. Circumventing a self-exclusion order by creating a new account is a material breach of these Terms and is reportable to PAGCOR.

3.5 Prohibited Persons. Directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents of betpipo, and members of their immediate families, are not permitted to hold a betpipo Account or place Wagers on the Platform.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 betpipo will require you to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal from your Account is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's licence, SSS card, or passport) and may require proof of address and proof of payment method.

4.3 Each individual may hold only one betpipo Account. Where betpipo identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, betpipo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds associated with those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify betpipo immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. betpipo shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your betpipo Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 betpipo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. betpipo reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. betpipo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network congestion affecting GCash or PayMaya transactions.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. betpipo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

5.4 betpipo will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take one to three banking days.

5.5 betpipo reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where betpipo has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.6 You may only withdraw funds sourced from legitimate deposits and winnings. betpipo complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

6. Wagering Rules

6.1 All Wagers placed on the betpipo Platform are final once confirmed. betpipo does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed Wagers except where betpipo, in its sole discretion, determines that a technical error has caused a Wager to be confirmed incorrectly.

6.2 betpipo reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the Wager was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) the odds or game outcome were the result of a manifest technical error; (c) betpipo has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Wager was placed in connection with match-fixing, cheating, or collusion.

6.3 In the event of a disputed game outcome on a slot or live casino title, the outcome recorded in betpipo's server logs shall be the definitive record. Where a dispute arises regarding a live dealer game, the video recording of the relevant game round shall be the primary reference.

6.4 Sportsbook wagers are subject to betpipo's sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. In cases of conflict between general wagering rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

6.5 betpipo does not extend credit to Players. All Wagers must be funded from available cleared Balance. betpipo will not honour Wagers placed in excess of your available Balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 betpipo may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all betpipo promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined total of deposit amount and bonus amount unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 betpipo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player, betpipo will honour the terms applicable at the time of claim.

7.4 Promotions are intended for recreational Players only. betpipo may, in its sole discretion, restrict or exclude a Player from participating in promotions where betpipo determines that the Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to abuse promotional structures.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpipo Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the sportsbook to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports corruption in connection with sportsbook markets available on betpipo.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betpipo support staff or other Players.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

8.2 betpipo reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to forfeit the Account Balance, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the betpipo Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, audio, and video — is the property of betpipo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 betpipo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used in the Platform; or use betpipo's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of betpipo's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The betpipo Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betpipo takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform availability and game integrity, betpipo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betpipo shall not be liable to you for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (c) losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, device failure, or network issues beyond betpipo's control; or (d) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

10.3 betpipo's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit betpipo's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by betpipo's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 betpipo collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 betpipo is required to collect and retain certain player data under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This includes identity verification data, transaction records, and gameplay history.

11.3 betpipo will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) and with PAGCOR or law enforcement where required by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 betpipo is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Philippine players. betpipo provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are self-service and accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from wagering for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the betpipo Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12.2 betpipo enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 betpipo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betpipo has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law.

13.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Balance comprising solely genuine deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned to you following satisfactory completion of KYC verification and betpipo's internal review process. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

13.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting betpipo support. Prior to closure, any pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with applicable rules, and any remaining verified Balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method.

13.4 betpipo reserves the right to conduct post-closure audits where it has grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. betpipo may withhold pending withdrawals during the period of such an audit.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the betpipo Platform, shall first be submitted to betpipo's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. betpipo will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through betpipo's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures for regulated online gaming operators.

14.4 The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in clauses 14.2 and 14.3.

15. Amendments

15.1 betpipo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betpipo will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

15.2 Your continued use of the betpipo Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time a Wager is placed shall govern any dispute arising from that Wager.
